AssignPro ("we", "us") provides scheduling, qualification tracking, and payment tracking software for sports leagues, assignors, and officials. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and role (assignor, official, or admin) provided when your account is created.
• Mobile phone number: provided voluntarily by officials who wish to receive SMS game assignment notifications.
• Scheduling data: game assignments, qualifications, field/venue details, and payment records entered by assignors and league staff.

How We Use Information

Information is used solely to operate the AssignPro platform: to schedule games, assign qualified officials, send assignment notifications and reminders (by email and, where consented, SMS), and track official payments.

SMS Messaging

Phone numbers and SMS consent are used only as described in our SMS Policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties, and SMS opt-in data is never used for marketing.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the league/organization that manages your account (so assignors can schedule and pay officials) and with service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g. email delivery and SMS delivery providers), under confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention

Account and scheduling data is retained for as long as your account is active with your league. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us below.

Your Choices

• Officials may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by unchecking SMS consent in their profile.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
